House Information & Rules
- Please come to the office to get your keys and pay any outstanding balance you might owe. You will be required to leave a $120 MXN deposit for the keys; in the event you lose them a charge of $250 MXN applies.
- Your room has purified water, towels, kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, soap and shampoo.
- We provide cleaning service on the third day. If you need additional cleaning it will be $20 USD, or you can exchange your towels at the office at no charge.
- If you need extra services like cold beers, ice, snacks or anything else before your arrival, let us know and we will arrange it — just reimburse us with the receipt total.
- We offer massage service in your room upon request for an additional charge. Call us to make an appointment.
- We have information about activities such as horseback riding, fishing, and directions to restaurants, stores, the waterfall, and more.
- NO ATM in Yelapa. Only some restaurants accept credit cards. Bring extra cash.
- Things to bring: sandals, tennis shoes, light shirts, flashlights, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
