A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, payable via PayPal. The balance is due upon check-in. Cash only at check-in.

90% refund if you cancel 90 days or more before your arrival date.

30% refund if you cancel 60 days before your arrival date.

10% refund if you cancel 30 days before your arrival date.

NO REFUNDS 15 days or within a week before your arrival date.

NO REFUNDS within the weeks of Christmas, New Year, or Easter.

If you need a Factura (Mexican invoice), there will be an additional 16% IVA tax.

All check-ins must be paid in cash.
